The way we do what we do is to first understand our customers’ needs by listening, then to use right people, process, and technology to solve their problem.

Listening

Our approach to our customers’ needs starts with listening.  Sounds pretty simple doesn’t it?  Well evidently it isn’t since we’ve actually added customers that were initially looking to larger technology firms simply because those companies didn’t listen; we did and got the bid.  Sure we have to be consultants, but first we must sit in our customer’s chair and see their problem from their perspective.  Once we listen and understand our customer’s needs we’re able to employ people, process, and technology to achieve their goals.

People

It’s all about people.   Anything done properly takes the right team.  Synergy is teamwork producing an overall better result than if each person was individually working toward the same goal.  Synergy only happens when you have the right people working together.

So why is this unique to “How We Do It?”  Because our managers have extensive experience leading people in Fortune 500 companies and have a deep understanding of how to mold the right combination of talent.  Our strong internal team consists of developers and engineers who love what they do and the culture they do it in -- this is why they’re so good at it.

But we’ve also been known to think outside the box.  We’re so radical about getting the right people involved that we’ll even outsource outside of our internal team if need be to ensure the designer, engineer, or developer is just right for the job even if it means costing us extra.  We believe people are the most important aspect of any project.

Process

Six Sigma understanding applied to small business provides repeatable results that result in customer satisfaction.  Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, & Control are just some of the facets of quality assurance that are applied at NetSolutions.  We have a process document for each of our main core deliverables including step-by-step points on how to establish the “Ideal Network” to manuscripts that explain “How We Social Media” or “How We SEO.”  Continual improvement in our processes is something we’re always working on.

Technology

Early on NetSolutions did extensive research before selecting Information Technology and Web vendors to work with.  We learned the hard way that any specific vendor may want you to push their product alone without considering the true needs of the customer first.  Our experience helped us to identify specific technologies that were leading in the areas of security, networking, wireless, and unified threat management.  We’ve actually employed five different wireless solutions based on customer needs and have implemented router and firewall installations that required unique features for our customers.  In addition, our virtualization and data protection solutions have been carefully selected to fit any scenario.

On the Web side we’ve established a unique set of tools that enable us to achieve just the right solution for our customers.  Whether it is eCommerce, SEO, SEM, Social Media, or Content Management Systems, we’re able to bring the proper solutions to meet the need.
