Assured Mortgage

Wisconsin Mortgage Lender, Assured Mortgage, has been helping borrowers by identifying their specific needs of mortgage loans. Offering mortgage loans tailored to individual situations since 1989, they have written mortgages for over 25,000 customers.

Assured Mortgage was nowhere to be found on search engines prior to contacting NetSolutions, and their site lacked the website design element needed to effectively portray their services.

NetSolutions redesigned the Assured Mortgage site dramatically enhancing the look and feel while implementing balanced SEO organic keyword content.

NetSolutions also reduced Assured Mortgage ’s monthly costs by 75%. The result was significant monthly savings in addition to increasing top 5 search engine rankings by 81% for relevant key words.

Convert-A-Phase, Inc.

Convert-a-Phase designs, manufactures, and sells premium and economy lines of single-to-three phase rotary phase converters. Convert-a-Phase converters can be used for industrial and heavy duty applications, as well as light operational use. Manufactured in the USA to our specifications by Baldor Electric Co. and Marathon Electric, both trusted names in quality motor manufacturing.

Convert-A-Phase needed a site redesign and SEO implementation.

Convert-A-Phase was unfortunately subjected to spamming techniques and was subsequently banned from search engines prior to consulting NetSolutions. Fierce national level competition required that Convert-A-Phase move fast.

NetSolutions redesigned and rebuilt the site while implementing SEO and Pay-Per-Click marketing strategies. Convert-A-Phase results for the key word “Phase Converter” increased by 64% directly increasing unique visitations within 3 months.

Grace Christian Fellowship

Pastor Frank Susler and a team of nine adults with their children were sent from Anchorage, Alaska to start Grace Christian Fellowship in June 1981. The foundation of Grace Christian Fellowship is the Bible. This firm foundation has determined their vision, mission, and their values and is the strength of their church.

NetSolutions designed the site to reflect the current Grace Christian Fellowship building motif.

Since its founding in 1982, Gramann Reporting, Ltd., has grown to be one of the largest and most respected court reporting firms in Wisconsin. Tap into our wireless realtime, online scheduling and repository services; transcript, exhibit, and video bundling in Summation, Binder and LiveNote; or access their Milwaukee and Madison videoconference facilities. Gramann Reporting Limited's utilization of these and other cutting-edge technologies, with emphasis on quality and quick transcript production by Registered Professional Reporters, has allowed their success to continue.

NetSolutions implemented major SEO redevelopment including a slight site graphic refresh. The SEO efforts included converting the site from table based Java scripting to CSS, subsequently enabling easier site maintenance with increased code accessibility to search engines. A scrolling ticker (accessible to search engines) was implemented allowing for all the relevant content to be seen when normal development of this type would be transparent to search engines. Gramman Reporting has consistently maintained number one ranking for top key works in major search engines and has achieved an improved number one ranking for top 2 keywords in Google local search rankings.

Gregg's Piers

Gregg's Piers & Lifts offers seasonal installs and removals of piers and boat lifts. They also provide sales and service for all pier and boat lift needs. With more than 12 years of experience, they work on lakes in Waukesha County and the surrounding areas including Milwaukee, Kenosha, Racine and Whitewater.

NetSolutions revamped this site with a complete site design more accurately reflecting the professional look and feel of Gregg’s Piers.

Hau & Associates was founded in 1981 by its President and Managing Partner, Daniel E. Hau. The other members of the management team are Sherry Reisenauer, Kevin Hablewitz, and Kevin Gaffney. The firm has grown to 23 employees, and is ranked by the Business Journal as one of the 30 largest Milwaukee area accounting firms.;

Hau & Associates needed a complet site redesign along with SEO.

NetSolutions redesigned, developed the content for, and optimized Hau & Associates' site. NetSolutions also conducted a variety of SEO and PPC marketing strategies to drive qualified traffic and boost search engine rankings.

Operating for over 75 years, Jensen Company of Racine, Wisconsin, launched the Jensen Company Fireplace Division 18 years ago and today is a strong name in the international fireplaces business. REAL FLAME®, the gel fuel manufactured by Jensen Company for vent-free fireplaces, is the most popular brand name not only in the United States, but also worldwide. REAL FLAME® fireplaces can be set up in minutes.

Real Flame was looking to completely redevelop the realflame.com site in order to update the image, and more accurately reflect the company to its target market. In addition, Real Flame needed a site that was easy to update and maintain since it offers many varieties of smokeless fireplaces.

NetSolutions redesigned the site and produced a content management system (CMS) site that enabled ease of management and additional e-commerce web functionality

Melinda Myers

Melinda Myers, best known for her gardener friendly and practical approach to gardening, has more than 25 years of horticulture experience in both hands-on and instructional settings. Her site offers gardening tips, podcasts, how-to videos, garden events as well as information on her speaking appearances, books and television show.

While Thiel Design established the design, NetSolutions developed this site based on provided graphics files. Ongoing maintenance and search engine optimization are perfomed by Netsolutions.

The goal of Melinda Myers was to upgrade her existing site in order to exemplify a professional nation-wide presence.

Since the site is the central point of communication for clientele, sponsors, and garden enthusiasts it was critical to leverage Web 2.0 technology to bring more of a multi-media web presence. NetSolutions incorporated podcasts, interactive photo journals, and periodic gardening articles to create a site that would continuously engage Melinda's customer base. Forms are submitted via web 2.0 technology while maintaining a coherent, search engine friendly CSS format. The efficient code to content ratio as a result of CSS, advanced SEO techniques have caused the site to increase in search engine rankings.

Robert Haack Diamond Importers

Robert Haack Diamond Importers is a company built on trust for many generations. Since 1948, they have been Wisconsin’s leading “Exclusive Diamond Engagement Ring Specialist.”

Robert Haack required a redesign and significant efforts towards web marketing.

The Robert Haack site has consistently remained in the top results for local relevant key words and phrases. NetSolutions leveraged Web 2.0 technologies to offer customers a diamond look-up table that can be cross-searched with multiple variations of diamond specifications including clarity, size, and cost. The table-based menu system uniquely leverages Java script and CSS in order to make pop-ups invisible to pop-up blockers.

Wisconsin Child Care Administrators Association (WCCAA)

Since 1976 WCCAA has been promoting child care excellence. WCCAA's members are active forces in positively shaping local, regional, state and national government to protect our nation's children. Members from this organization also sit on many advisory committee and boards which focus on child care issues.

The goal of WCCAA was to provide a simple site design that reflected more of a corporate association look and feel. At the same time WCCAA needed Web 2.0 technology to enable efficient, SEO compatible, navigation for members and viewers. NetSolutions incorporated page folding development techniques enabling large pages to be broken up for easy viewing. Forms are submitted via web 2.0 technology while maintaining a coherent, search engine friendly CSS format. The efficient code to content ratio as a result of CSS, advanced SEO techniques, which combined with easy to use design elements enabled WCCAA to cut their monthly maintenance costs by 40% and in the first quarter of 2007 their unique visitations increased by 8%.

The Whitestone Mortgage site was redesigned in order to establish a new home page leveraging CSS for easy navigation and site maintenance.  Code to content ratio was enhanced resulting in further exposure of links to relevant search engines.  An easy to use contact form was established in order to capture user’s information for those that would normally browse quickly through the site.
